If you wish to create a User Account and take benefit from our services, you will be asked to provide us with your personal data.

Your data is processed by us for the purposes indicated below, related to the functioning of the Shop and the provision of the services offered therein (‘Services’).

  • Our legitimate interest in carrying out direct marketing (art. 6, sec. 1, letter f) of the GDPR)

  • Our legitimate interest in processing data for analytical and statistical purposes (art. 6, sec. 1, letter f) of the GDPR)

  • Our legitimate interest in reviewing customers’ satisfaction (art. 6, sec. 1, letter f) of the GDPR)

Provision of data:

  • Voluntary, but in some cases it may be necessary for concluding a contract.

Effect of failure to provide data:

Depending on the purpose for which the data is provided:

  • inability to register in the Shop

  • inability to use the services of the Shop

  • inability to purchase in the Shop

  • inability to receive information on promotions or special offers in the Shop

Possible withdrawal of the consent: 

If you have subscribed to our Newsletter or otherwise agreed to receive it, we will use your personal data for sending information and advertisements. You can unsubscribe from this Newsletter at any time.

  • The processing of data remains lawful until you withdraw your consent.

- depending on what applies in the given case and what will occur at the latest.

  • rectify it,

  • erase it,

  • limit the processing of your personal data,

  • request that your personal data be transferred to another controller

and:

  • object to the processing of your personal data at any time:

    • for reasons related to your particular situation – to the processing of personal data concerning you, based on art. 6, sec. 1, letter f) of the GDPR (i.e. legitimate interests pursued by the controller), including profiling based on such regulations,

    • where personal data is processed for direct marketing, including profiling, to the extent the processing is related to such direct marketing activities.

Our Shop, like most websites, uses so-called cookies. These files:

THIRD PARTY SERVICES/DATA RECIPIENTS

Data collected at the registration in the shop will be only used to enable you to log into our system.

Data collected during a purchase transaction in the shop will be used for completing the transaction (including for collecting amounts from you for purchased products and sent orders).

The recipient of contact details are also forwarding companies which will deliver the ordered product under the sales contract.

Data collected in the course of correspondence between you and our service will only be used to answer your questions.

 

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION

Considering the above, your personal data may be processed also by entities outside the European Union. The adequate level of protection of your data, including through the application of appropriate safeguards, ensures

  • participation of such entities in the EU-US Privacy Shield, established by an executive decision of the European Committee as a set of principles guaranteeing adequate protection of your privacy
